Officials, residents fight alongside Martella’s to keep local pharmacy intact

BOSWELL, Pa. (WTAJ) — Local county officials and Boswell residents voiced their concerns for the future of Martella’s Pharmacies at a town hall on Tuesday evening.


Nearly 14 months after Express Scripts terminated its contract with the local chain, hundreds of residents gathered under a tent outside the Boswell Prescription Center to hear a panel of pharmacists and pharmacy advocates discuss the ongoing issue with pharmacy benefit managers.
